1. How do I qualify for a free gift?
To be eligible, you need to have purchased a manufacturer’s service at a participating Arnold Clark branch between 1st October and 30th November 2017.
2. How do I choose my gift?
Upon purchasing your manufacturer’s service , Arnold Clark will provide you with the link to the claim site. The claim site will be open from 1st October 2017 where you will have to fill in your details and choose your preferred gift.
3. How long do I have to choose my gift?
The claim site will close midnight 15th December 2017. We are not able to accept any claims after this date.
4. Once I have chosen my gift, how long to I have to wait to receive it?
Your gift will be sent to you within 28 days of claiming your gift. Your gift will be sent either by post (physical voucher) or via email (online voucher) dependent upon your choice when completing the claim form.
5. I have not received my gift, what should I do?
If you have chosen the digital voucher option, please ensure you check your junk/spam inbox. If you have chosen the physical voucher option, please ensure you wait 28 days for your gift to be sent to you in the post. If you are unable to locate your gift email, or your voucher has not be received via post within 28 days of claiming your gift, please get in touch with The Marketing Lounge Partnership (MLP) on 01565 656 466* and a member of the team will be happy to help you. *The helpline is open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
